Eco kitchen solves many issues

The Ekokook project is based on four essentials: waste management, kitchen health, reduction/consumption of energy and intelligent storage. The kitchen has built-in fittings for selecting, processing and storing all kinds of wastes: organic, solid and liquid. It recycles water and waste within the kitchen. It also has alternatives for conserving and cooking a more healthy cuisine, one that uses fresh products raised locally, stored in bulk. All the appliances consume less energy.

Behind Ekokook is the Le Faltazi Lab, a group of designers based in Nantes, France.
