Alain Gilles will launch his news of the Buzzispace collection at the QUBIQUE Fair in Berlin. The BuzzHub Side is a more enclosed version of the BuzziHub. It is all about increasing visual and sound privacy while still maintaining a connection with the surrounding environment. The BuzziHub Side is also available in several colors and can be customized using different color combinations. It is fully upholstered with a recycled fabric.
The BuzzHub Single is a more private shelter than its larger brother. It this case, the idea is really to be able to work by oneself and to concentrate on what matters and get the job done. It was designed to feel comfortable but never-the-less to be in a position favoring a working attitude and concentration. Hence, for instance, the large cushion on the side that doubles as armrest is fairly stiff so that it can serve as support for the arm when typing on the computer and using one of the BuzziTables. Two BuzziHub Singles could also be used face to face when to people want to share ideas. It can also be used with an extra long side panel that will serve as an extra shield and offer an enhanced privacy and well being.
The BuzziTables are designed as tools intended to answer people’s need. All their features are taking into account usability and simplicity in order to also reduce the amount of material needed to make them. Thanks to a border placed under the tabletop that converts into a simple structural element, the tables are stable while using legs that are removable so they can be shipped as flat-packs, and the connections are hidden.
