The Swedish mill re-hires after several major orders

During the summer, iron chain manufacturer Ramnäs used in Surahammar landed three new big orders. Only in July, the company took home business worth SEK 108 million, VLT reports.

Since 2014, the mill has been working in headwinds, and not long ago, almost all staff were told. However, in May, seven people were recruited and three new employees were recruited, and the crew was back in 48 people.

-Everyone who was fired has been taken back and now we need, even more, at least ten more people," says Magnus Westherthe , CEO of Ramnäs's use, to magazine VLT.

Ramnäs Bruk, founded in 1590, develops, manufactures and sells iron chains and other products used for offshore mooring systems. Its headquarters and production plant is in Ramnäs, in Surahammar municipality in the county of Västmanland.
